Technically Savvy
The bottom line is that much of what we do on a daily basis involves working in a variety of primarily web-based applications. We're looking for someone who is very comfortable in that arena, has a short learning curve when it comes to learning new applications, and is constantly seeking ways to improve the way tech positively impacts our business and the businesses of our customers.
Be Adaptable
We are a growing business. Your role and daily responsibilities will change as our company grows and evolves. You'll need to embrace change and enthusiastically take the reigns of any responsibilities delegated to you.
Manage The Client Experience And Follow Up
You should be organized and serious about taking notes and following up. You’re the type of person who does what you say you’ll do and never makes hollow promises. A huge part of that is remembering the promises you make and why you made them. Write 'em down.
Prepare, Prepare, Prepare Some More
You’ll be talking to successful and driven entrepreneurs every day that can spot BS a mile away. You need to be someone who prepares for every interaction and anticipates what our clients need ... and will need to know. InfuseFT is the expert in our space and that starts with informed team members who are ready for every consult and call.
A Great Communicator
We're looking for someone who understands that the WAY a message is communicated is of equal importance as the content it contains (regardless of the medium). Jim Rohn captures the essence of this brilliantly in the following quote:

Who we serve
We're pretty into the whole entrepreneurial, make your mark, carve your own path thing ... and we love working with entrepreneurs to help them run more efficient, profitable, and rewarding businesses ... specifically in the franchising world. Franchise systems are continually challenged to advance their business model, while at the same time simplifying things at the franchisee level. It’s not easy, and the result often leads to frustration across the system.
We think that stinks (we've been there ... see the video below) ... so, we decided to do something about it. As a part of our team, you’ll be working side by side with franchisors and franchisees to build customized systems that organize, manage, and in many cases automate the vital daily tasks that drive their businesses forward … then, we’ll support the heck out them, building great relationships along the way. You will change businesses. You will change lives. That makes franchisees happy ... and makes franchisors happy ... which makes us happy.
Where we started
This video is from the 2015 Fitness Together National Conference, where infuseFT was introduced to franchisees of the Fitness Together franchise for the first time. It represents the beginning of our company. The speaker is Rick Anderson, founder of InfuseFT.
