Hey everyone … a reminder on creating/sending Emails & Broadcasts in InfuseFT…
We are seeing occurrences of Templates that are being used incorrectly and it is causing some studios to send emails that have the wrong information in it. You should not be using someone else’s Template to build your email as it can cause some problems such as the original studio email address remaining in the FROM field Template thus the emails are not coming from you. This is not a good thing obviously…the recipient is responding to someone other than you… so you’ll never see their response and some other studio will be getting unwanted replies and not helping their SPAM score.
Here are some simple best practices:
– When you want to send similar emails (to what you’ve sent previously) just pull them up in “Previously Sent” or “Drafts”. Edit, test and send.
– If you want to start an email from scratch use the InfuseFT templates to build out. The fields are setup to have your info in them.
– There is no reason to save the emails you create as a Template … anything you create will automatically be saved in your drafts, and previously sent tabs.
