I’m just gonna keep on posting this …
Hey Guys,
I’m posting these links again … and I’ll keep doing so. Why? Because I love you.
Understanding these infographics back and forth is THAT important (assuming that you’re interested in growing your studio). Here’s how you do that … click the links -> click the video walk-through at the top of each -> watch them -> ask questions -> execute -> grow
If you’ve done this already … great … if you have any questions, call me … let’s make sure you’re 100% clear.
If you haven’t because you’re pretty sure that you are already executing effectively … you’re not … the strategies have been updated, and there is gravy to be had. (hey Charlotte guys … you too … I have metrics on the videos that show me how many times they’ve been viewed … and from where … boo Charlotte)
If you haven’t because you haven’t had time … consider this … I’d bet (conservatively) that there is an additional 10% growth in the proper execution of these strategies … (which are not hard, and cost you ZERO). So, let’s assume you’re a $300K/year studio … that’s another $30K in growth … given that your fixed costs are already covered, let’s assume that your variable expenses (payroll, credit card fees and royalties) run you 35%, leaving 65% as pure profit. 65% of $30K = $19,500
Between the 4 video walk-throughs there is a total of 65:03 … that amounts to $18,000.45/hr
So … if you are currently making more than $18,000.45/hr, then your time is better spent elsewhere … if not, then clicking on the links -> watching the videos -> asking questions -> and executing is a really good investment in your time.
I know running a studio is hard … I’ve done it. Set aside the time to invest in your growth as a business owner/operator and you’ll be rewarded. Grab a cup of coffee and your laptop, find a quiet place, and do this … for you.
