Hey gang … I wanted to give a quick refresher on the Fix Your Funnel (FYF) “Buckets” and what they represent.
Unclaimed – This is where your contact starts when it first comes in. You’ll need to Claim it which will then allow you to respond. Then it will put the conversation in the Me bucket. (Exclusive to your Studio).
Me – This is where your contact will reside after you have claimed it. Your contact will remain here while you are actively communicating with the contact. (Exclusive to your Studio).
Open – Should not be used. This displays all Open contacts for yours AND other studios as well that have an open conversation. (NOT exclusive to your Studio).
Archived – This will display all contacts for yours AND other studios as well that have been archived. (NOT exclusive to your Studio).
