Hey all, there was an issue with the FYF desktop and phone app today where users were unable to login and send/respond to messages. The issue has been fixed and an update was rolled out … apologies for the inconvenience.

Automated campaign messages were sent out properly but the messages that came into you during that downtime today aren’t currently showing in your “My Chats” or “New”. The FYF team is actively working on a script to get all those pulled through. To be safe it is recommended to reach out to any new leads that came in starting early this morning (4/4) that are in question.
