New Updates!

Hey Guys, I hope you’re all well.  Just a few fairly quick (but awesome) things: 1. Updated Lead Management Form – You may have already noticed, but we’ve made some really nice updates to your Lead Management Form over the last couple of days.  You’ll find a new section dedicated specifically to managing your call-back list, which has become an essential piece of our overall strategy.  You’ll also notice a small video icon in the top right corner of several sections … click it, and you can view a short tutorial on how to correctly manage that section (Tip: right click the icon, and select open in a new window … that way you won’t navigate away from your Lead Management Form).  You’ll find references to Best Practices to help you make sure that you’re executing each step in the most effective manner, and we’ve added a link directly to our Cultivation Strategy Infographic at the bottom of the Consultation Outcome section.  As I mentioned at the conference … it’s all about making sure you see the picture on the top of puzzle box (if you missed the conference, the videos are coming soon). 2. Password Reminder – Just a heads up that many of you will be prompted to update your password soon … please be sure to stay consistent with our password structure 2016<root>Q2 … will now change to 2016<root>Q3.  If you can’t remember what you set your password to last time, shoot me an e-mail … I’ve got it on file. 3. E-Newsletters – Many of you have begun leveraging the newsletter templates as part of executing the Cultivation Strategy (here’s the link to the infographic again) … Awesome job!  One thing I failed to mention in the tutorial video is how to send to your entire list (as opposed to just your Nurture Bucket) … so here’s how to do it:  When you get to the Select Recipients step, type “(your studio name)” into the search bar … you’ll see a tag show up below … just click it.  Everyone in your database is now added to the list of recipients.  To clarify, for the Chapel Hill studio, Jeremy would type (Chapel Hill) into the search bar.  I’ll add this to the tutorial video when I get a chance … which is right here btw (E-Newsletter Tutorial) Have an awesome day 😉 infuseFT favicon
