2018 Spring into Spring Guide (cover)Hey Guys … the Spring Value Add hit mailboxes yesterday, with a follow up scheduled for Sunday night … recall that these campaigns are specifically designed to generate engagement (for inactives) as a part of our overall Cultivation Strategy (review here). Your mission is to convert that engagement into a dialogue that results in either an immediate return to the studio … OR … at a minimum a scheduled follow-up (i.e. building your Call Back list).

Additionally … these campaigns function to “scrub” our lists of people that aren’t real prospects. Most of the time they ask politely to be removed (sometimes, not so much) … either way, be sure to send me those names so we can delete them. Getting close to the 100K mark (we hit over 97,000 prospects and clients) … nice work building those lists 😉 Have an awesome day!
