We’re renaming some of the NPS stuff ->

Hey Guys … hope you’re all well

We’re going to make a few adjustments to the naming that we use with the NPS Strategy … I think you’ll find that these changes match up better with the pieces of the strategy they’re associated with, making things easier to manage.  Here’s what’s changing:

NPS (9-10) Form … is changing to -> NPS Referral Form
NPS (0-8) Form … is changing to -> NPS Retention Form

Additionally … the “Resolution Process” will be referred to as the “Retention Process” in the infographics

You’ll see these changes in the following places over the next 24 hours:

– In the widget titles (the left side of your dashboard)
– The names of the forms (what you select from the dropdown list when updating a contact)
– The NPS Strategy infographic: (click here ->) NPS Strategy

When your dashboard has been updated, you’ll see a list of several notifications at the top informing you that items have been removed and added to your dashboard … ignore them, and just click the “x”s to the right to remove them.

FYI – The supporting tutorial videos will be updated to reflect the new naming over the next few weeks.
