Hey Guys … I always love being reminded of simple, yet profound and impactful concepts. I came across this one again a few days ago … I don’t recall the exact verbiage, but from an FT perspective it would go something like this:
“Your studio will never outperform your ability to lead it” … let that sink in for a minute.
You may have heard or seen this before … in fact, I think Erin Mellinger addressed this at the National Conference as part of her breakout group (I didn’t get to attend that breakout because I was running another) … I know she mentioned it to me when I was in Ohio visiting with her team.
Anyway … it makes a LOT of sense, and it’s 100% accurate. Soooo … that being the case, to increase performance … where do you need to focus? You’re all smart, so I know you know the answer …
